Job Title: Account Executive
Status: Full-Time Salaried + Sales Bonus Structure
Cenla Broadcasting is a privately held Louisiana corporation formed in 1973. It conducts business in radio broadcasting, streaming, event sponsorships, and airport advertising.
Position overview: We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our radio station broadcasting group as an Account Executive. This role requires a passionate and driven professional who will be responsible for growing sales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating revenue, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Primary Responsibilities
Sales and Account Management:
- Identify and prospect potential advertising clients and businesses to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with future/existing clients, understanding their advertising needs, and proposing effective advertising solutions.
- Create compelling and customized advertising packages tailored to clients’ goals and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage clients’ needs regarding updating commercials, managing monthly radio schedules, and monthly budgets.
Work Schedule
This position is considered salaried, normal working hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Work is both office based and in the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Enthusiasm to grow sales and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
