The Accounting and Administrative Support Specialist position entails accounts payable and accounts receivables. The candidate must perform administrative and clerical support by processing, verifying, reconciling invoices, along with record keeping. Monthly invoicing for numerous entities. This position includes knowledge of data entry for 401k, health insurance, annual reports, workers compensation and sales tax. This position will cross train in many capacities within our business office. The candidate must be able to greet guest and answer phones on an as needed basis.
The candidate should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment, and adapts to change in workflow.
The candidate must possess a positive attitude, good computer skills, ability to learn new skills and software programs. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Word, Excel, Quickbooks
Experience in general office procedures and practices
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in the field or in a related area
