Job Description

Director of Sales is responsible for managing all the sales efforts of the sales department. He/She will execute strategic plans, motivate our sales team to meet sales goals and ensure the company provides exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ability to create and lead a team of sales professionals.
  • Achieve revenue goals set forth each year to produce profitability.
  • Present all products, both radio and TV, to prospective clients using research and programming information.
  • Maintain sales data bases necessary to report activity and customer information.
  • Performance of any other tasks or projects relating to sales.


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 7-10 years of sales experience or 5 years of management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products.
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Understanding of how to position products against competitors
