KSLA is the local CBS affiliate within the Shreveport, Louisiana area that supports viewers across the Northern Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana locale. This producer will work primarily on the station’s weekly sales program. This producer will work closely with our sales department and its clients to produce 3 – 6 minute segments highlighting the client’s business. This person will also combine the segments to create a 30-minute show, keep track of scheduling the segments, and help out the marketing department in other various ways.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Should be familiar with videography, lighting, and directing on-camera talent
– Should be familiar with non-linear audio/video editing systems
– Should be presentable and professional with station clients
– Should be organized and a strong communicator
– The applicant should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
– The applicant should have an applicable college degree
– The applicant must have a clean driving record
