Senior Digital Sales Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
WAFB, Gray Television’s CBS affiliate in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, has an immediate opening for an experienced digital specialist to join our team of marketing/advertising professionals. At WAFB, we help our clients “find and keep their very best customers” using effective research, marketing, and advertising. If you have digital sales experience and see yourself as a high-energy, creative individual that likes working with people, this could be your opportunity to work for the #1 media company in Baton Rouge. The right candidate will have experience selling digital media, be a good communicator, develop ad campaigns and motivate others. Your job will be to develop new business and grow existing accounts alongside account executives. We offer a paid training salary, medical/dental.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Excellent writing and communications skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Ability to use creativity to problem solve
• Ability to develop campaigns and media presentations
• Desire to understand your clients and their businesses
• Desire for ongoing learning: advertising, digital media, television sales and marketing
• Excellent knowledge of presentation software such as MS Office products and CRM software

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years digital media sales experience including audience targeting, OTT, social media, PPC, SEO
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• Valid driver’s license
