WVUE seeks a detail oriented, technology savvy Sales Assistant capable of producing creative high impact sales presentations, managing multiple projects simultaneously, inputting orders, and being an overall part of the selling process. For the right person, this opportunity can be a stepping-stone to future opportunities in our organization.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
The ideal applicant must be detail-oriented, very organized, and able to prioritize and multi-task. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Excellent data entry skills are essential. Candidate will also assist with one on one client relations, creating sales presentations and any other necessary tasks that are relevant to meeting team goals. Must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
Previous television sales support, rep firm or agency sales assistant experience is ideal. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
