Digital Sales Coordinator 

Job Details: 

KLF-TV seeks a Digital Sales Coordinator to join their team! 

As a Digital Sales Coordinator you will be part of an innovative, collaborative, and fun team. This individual will provide sales support to the Sales Manager and Account Executive for the purpose of digital revenue generation. This position reports directly to the Digital Sales Manager. This fast-paced team requires an individual who demonstrates the capability to plan and manage multiple activities and projects. 

Responsibilities: 

• Entering sales order accurately to ensure digital campaigns run correctly; 
• Monitor digital campaigns to optimize and ensure delivery; 
• Pre-sale and post-sale exercises such as developing sales presentations and providing proof of performance to clients; 
• Communicating with Sales Managers, Account Executives, other internal departments, local advertising and clients; 
• Work with Nexstar Digital and 3rd party vendors to support digital initiatives including ad operations, creative, agency services, analytics partners, audience extension partners, contesting and email program, lead generation, search, and others; 
• Knowledge of all digital sales products, inventory management and pricing strategies; 
• Produce monthly/weekly reporting, presentations, and other support functions of Interactive; 
• Some local TV responsibilities will also be required such as sending commercial airing times to clients, entering TV sale orders, providing proof of performance to clients; 
• Various other administrative duties 

Requirements: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; 
• Detail and action oriented; 
• Strong execution and follow up skills;
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines  and priorities is vital; 
• Strong administrative customer service skills; 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Broadcast, Digital and/or sales experience is a plus but not required.

**Training in all applicable systems needed for the position will be provided**
